We are a friendly, family-run business, located in the grounds of Hunmanby Hall, with a 9-hole (par 3 & par 4) pay-and-play golf course overlooking Filey Bay and Bempton Cliffs.
The gym is equipped with a wide range of cardiovascular & resistance machines and free weights and we run daily exercise classes (Spinning, Strength & Tone, Yoga & Pilates, Bootcamp, Walk & Stretch and Circuit Fitness to name a few).
Tennis and badminton courts are also available.
We’re always here to provide our clients with all the advice and help they need but on top of this we also offer personal training sessions, weight loss programmes, nutrition advice, tennis lessons and much more.
Our large sports hall can also be booked for children parties with bouncy castle, inflatables, scooters, bikes, footballs, etc.
