I offer small group personal training at the Body Complete studio venue. I employ 3 coaches to deliver a range of strength, power, movement, core and cardio specific training sessions to clients in groups of no more than 5.
This bespoke fitness service is designed for anyone who is either starting out on their fitness journey or is a seasoned gym goer who hasn’t had the results they wanted to achieve elsewhere. We work with each client to tailor the exercises to their ability to level to progress them on at the right pace. We offer accountability meetings to set goals and weight loss programmes to support nutritional plans.
